What do you think about this? (AP)

Let me explain. I made a wall decoration of a girl in neon. The girl is just a glowing vector, wearing only her underwear and bra, and she's kneeling with her back to the viewer. I categorized the neon as G.A. because I didn't see any reason for it to be AP, since I've seen more suggestive things in G.A. stores, and considering that there are even bikinis and women's lingerie in G.A.

What do you think? Is the decision of the creator who reported me and the administrator who allowed it correct?
