I have purchased bundled rooms in LillySecret shop few years ago. It seems I'm unable to load the room or to update it in public rooms( the room will simply not show in the selection) I have noticed the room base product as disappeared from the bundle when I look on items part of the bundle on my net browser. She also had that room public in the past and I was able to access it but it didn't find it anymore.
Anyone experiencing that issue. Any tips? Clear cache, reinstall has been done. I'm desperate.
Hi. I have contacted the creator and it's because that one of the products in the bundle has been removed from shop. She said IMVU considers it as a double as she had the exact same room twice in her catalog. When it's furniture you can always load the no-bundle version of room, but when room is not available anymore, you will never able to load it.

I am having this same exact issue for months now and imvu has not done anything to fix it. IMVU keep giving the same solutions that we know to try now they are asking for A full device specification and im not sure why they would need that when its happening to everyone

The best place to get support for a product is from the person who made it. They are most familiar and will have information for you.
If you do not have luck contacting the Creator, IMVU would possibly be able to give advice on the matter.
