I've been trying for a while to make an animated poster in shop—a wall hanging that plays a looped GIF. I've tried simply putting a GIF file into the texture slot, but it doesn't come out animated and just acts as a PNG or jpg file. I can't figure out how others do it, and while I saw that the answer had been given in a previous thread, the link to it no longer works.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
