Live Chat/Peer Review

I would like to express a concern regarding the current live chat support experience for creators, particularly those of us on paid subscription plans (such as the $20/month tier or higher).

It feels quite unfair that, despite being paying customers, we are required to wait in long queues for live chat assistance only to be limited to submitting 10 items per session. This restriction significantly slows down our workflow and forces us to rejoin the queue multiple times to complete what should be a single submission task.

I respectfully urge you to consider improving this process, whether by increasing the item limit per chat or providing a dedicated support path for premium-tier creators. We value the platform and want to continue investing our time and money, but the current system makes it challenging to operate efficiently.

Maybe Imvu could allow trusted veteran creators to not have their items locked at all, then we dont have to wait literally hours to have someone unlock it for repair.    Something needs to change, IMVU is making money on the products we make ( which is expected)  so why wouldnt they want us to be able to make repairs easily?   I understand that some people in the past may have changed items after derivation or purchases, but some of us have spent a decade proving trustworthy.

My account is on hold, does anyone know how long it takes for a response? And I would pay VIP for better assistance but I cant because of the hold

I agree. I also believe that re-opening Sundays and Monday will be beneficial to everyone.

I agree! They already changed availability hours and days so to have to wait for such a long time is ridiculous. I have been paying $20 a month just to get faster peer review.
