Ticket does take 1-5 days response . You will need to talk to imvu support

You Know What Happened The Last Time
An IMVU Staff Told Me My Account Was On Hold??

They Refused To Do Anything About It...

Then After They Deleted The Account,
1 Of The Staff Told Me, Their Deliberately Stealing Our Accounts, ~_~

The Only Thing Shady Going On With Our Accounts,
Is The Staff Taking Them From Us, & Refusing To Fix
Any Of Their Problems With Us...
