Now, when either of us tries to send a marriage proposal, IMVU displays a message saying that the other avatar also has a Marriage Package and may be preparing to propose.
Neither of us is receiving a marriage proposal request, so we are unable to complete the marriage process.
Could you please advise us on how to proceed? If one of the Marriage Packages should be refunded or removed, please let us know which one should be kept.
