Please allow Platinum VIP creators to request peer review from Support; some items are taking a week or more to clear the review process. It is infuriating to pay for VIP every month yet fail to receive quality support—often because of attempts to push creators toward a more expensive VIP tier. Being a creator on IMVU is becoming disheartening; on top of the fees for submitting products to the shop, we can't even get a proper response or quality review from Support, leaving us at the mercy of the community's goodwill to get reviews done. Please fix this, as being a creator on the platform is becoming increasingly frustrating.
