Fiz minha verificação do Age mas deu como falha, não entendi o pq aconteceu sendo q mandei as informações direitinho I found it completely unfair, I bought it and you didn't release it, I did the whole process you asked me to and even then it didn't release and keeps saying that it wasn't possible to complete the process because of my face with my document and just because I look young and I'm 28 years old. I will want my refund back.

Se você fez todo o processo corretamente e mesmo assim a verificação falhou, eu tentaria abrir um ticket explicando que o documento é válido e que você tem 28 anos. Talvez o suporte consiga revisar o caso manualmente ou liberar uma nova tentativa de verificação.
