Due to recent policy changes, minor users from various countries would need the consent of their parent or legal guardian in order to continue using IMVU. Upon trying to log in, the following screen will notify you if you need to complete this consent form:
Once the details are submitted, an email will be sent to your parent/legal guardian's email address (indicated in the form).
This email will be active for 72 hours from the time it is received. After 72 hours, the email will expire. Should this happen, please file a ticket so we can resend the email.
As soon as your parent/guardian confirms granting you permission to continue using IMVU, you will be able to log back into your account.
