Hey fellow creators , thank you for the opportunity to be amongst the great artists included in the Room and furniture creator of the month. My name is Jake, My accounts are JakeEnvy and JakeEnvyMeshes. I’ve been creating on IMVU for around ten years, about seven years ago I started to teach myself meshing by trial, error, and tutorials. I was also fortunate enough to have occasionally had great tips and advice given by far more advanced creators.

Creating started as a hobby , something to take focus off real life stresses, and over time became a second income. I most often do hidden derives for creators who are far more advanced than I am with textures. They give me their ideas , and I make the meshes. I enjoy seeing them bring my meshes to life with their incredible designs and textures.

My advice to other creators would be to not quit. Things that seem impossibly hard at first become very simple once you get the hang of it.

Right now I’m still learning the ropes in IMVU’s Studio while I continue to learn more in 3D design.
