This is a minor bug and it doesn't happen every time, but if you move the avie's head about in an animation, sometimes he/she will look directly upwards after the command has finished. Their head sort of snaps right up, like a bird pooped on on their head. Here's a video demonstration, you can see here it happens about every other time, regardless if Disable Gaze is selected.
