Our IMVU Studio Engineer team has posted a poll to our Discord, and we would love your feedback! Feel free to join our official Discord channel to participate, or leave us some feedback here in the comments. Thank you for your input!
How often do you use Decoration Mode in IMVU Studio? (Click the chair icon to the right of the snapshot icon in the upper navigation when editing a product)
Well you have to whenever you develop furniture. It's essential. Also helpful if you need to test sitting for non-furniture items.
Is somebody pushing the hairbrained idea of removing decoration mode entirely from IMVU?? It's an "advanced" mode, probably not used by everyone, but when it's needed, it's NEEDED. It's not a small feature.
What you guys need to be doing is studying the "Classic" client, with the attention of a Doctorate student at a major university, and implementing *ALL* of it's features into Desktop and Client, because both of those are lousy with huge oversights in interface and capacity.
There's a reason many people won't even touch the new clients. It's not "nostalgia" or "stubbornness". The Classic client really is superior in most ways. Spend a few hours using it, you'll see.

I use it occasionally.
I would use it a lot more if furniture sales were like they used to be.
The Studio must be able to check the size and color-matching
with other furniture and rooms.
