After you uninstall the IMVU Studio, delete the folder located in the AppData. Use the following variable "link" in your Explorer Address Bar to get there...
C:\Users\%username%\%appdata%\imvu-studio
Once there, delete all files and then reinstall the IMVU Studio.

Hi @kaliana39 I tested this product and it derives fine for me. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the IMVU Studio? That may help...

So after I click create and go to derive a product it allows me to choose a product Buh when I get into the portion with materials, it doesn’t load me and like five to ten seconds later it says “oops, something went wrong. Please try again later”
