I have had AVG working Fine and it took an update that blocked the client for me. That is why I asked if you wanted to temporarily disable your Internet Security and reinstall Studio. Also, make sure your Firewall is allowing access to the Internet. https://help.imvu.com/s/article/Basic-Troubleshooting-Steps-for-IMVU-Studio

wasnt having a prob toother night with things i made a whole theme basicly in few rounds in creator then closed out after that round of trying do things and sence that its been doing this

Windows pc and creators broke, i feeling its not on my end theres got be some kind of bug in it and needs repaired, after calling imvu this am they told me call me in 24 hours to see updates, If others are having this prob please speak up so i no i not alone. ty all

Hi @EveEden Sorry you are still experiencing this. The only other thing I can think of is to temporarily disable your anti-virus. Some recently had issues with AVG. The AVAST and KasperSky are working fine. Another person had an issue with ESET. I am not saying one or the other is better, only that the Internet Security may be interfering as the new Studio needs full Internet access. The Firewall should be set to allow the IMVU Studio full access, also.
Are you on Windows or Macintosh?

This is what keeps happening, i try even removing it let me pc stay off for lil over 4 hours then tryed again still, if its a bad download then they need fix it they keep saying ts not on there end i don't see why its hitting a full day and not fixed, i want get back to my creating its peaceful to me and fun!

Hi @EveEden (Customer) It sounds like a bad install. MAC or Microsoft version, uninstall the Studio and get a fresh copy Here:
