[Archived - DiamondBones] How do I use the Upload State?

While this is still fresh in my mind:

Went into studio

Derived boots

Used decorating tool to replace all my Access Pass rated wall posters with GA ones in a room I have been using as a Public Chat Room.

Hit Upload State when I was done

Returned to my Chatroom on Classic, and the posters were not replaced, just moved around.

Cleared Cashe.

Same.

Before I retry, is there anything in my steps I did wrong?
