I saved the downloader for Mac OS on that page and upgraded to Version: 1.19.4.
Studio remains white screen for hours.
When I checked the version, I saw a number that I didn't know was 17.0.1.
I restart my PC, delete IMVU Studio, and reinstall repeatedly, but the screen is always the same white screen.
Is there anyone who has the same white screen?
Could you give me some tips on how to solve this issue?

To correct issue it is necessary to delete the following files:
~/Library/Logs/imvu-studio-last.log
~/Library/Logs/imvu-studio.log
~/Library/Logs/imvu-studio-last.main.log
~/Library/Logs/imvu-studio.main.log
The 'Library' folder is hidden so you will need to press the 'Option' key and and 'Go' in the Finder menu to select it.
The problem is that one or more of these log files has become too large. We now have checks in place that will mitigate the issue in the future.

A screenshot would be great and even better if you can save the console output to a text file or if there is an option to save the console log. You do not have to post here. Please send them both to studio@imvu.com Thanks!!

I have tried reinstalling the latest 1.19.5 but it still shows undefined in the title bar and the screen remains white screen.
The Undefined white screen can open the Developer Tools for some reason.

I was able to get to the 'Library/Application Support' folder (I opened this folder for the first time! ), but there was no imvu-studio folder.
I thought it might be a hidden file and tried the command to display it, but it was still not there.

Hi @xiuco, Sorry for being so absent on the forums lately. I have been too involved with other projects here.
The engineer who is working this has requested that you try the following:
Log in as original user
Delete the folder 'Library/Application Support/imvu-studio'
Reinstall Studio

I tried everything to see if there was some other solution.
I was able to start Studio by creating a new user on my PC and reinstalling it.
There is a bug in the FBX import, though.
This will allow me to continue creating for now.
However, this way, leaves Studio undefined for the original user.
Is it because of the OS?

The result is the same: an endless white screen and the message "IMVU Studio undefined". And it shows version 17.0.1.
Until now, I had a bug in importing FBX, so I installed an old version and created it.
The older version started properly even though it was old.
Now even the old version is no longer running.
I don't understand why it gets to version 17.0.1

I do know they made changes to the code recently that is supposed to help this issue.
Do you still have one of the older versions in your downloads? You may be able to test and old version of Studio to see if it will still work. If so it will work for one session before it auto-updates to the new version :/

I deleted all files and past installers related to IMVU Studio, emptied the trash can, rebooted, downloaded from the URL you wrote and I installed.
However, the results were the same, with a white screen like the first screenshot I posted and IMVU Studio undefined.
My macOS is 11.7.6 Big Sur.
I thought there might be an issue with my OS, so I went to https://help.imvu.com/s/article/IMVU-Compatibility-Guide?language=en_US
I checked the supported versions on that page.
The page says macOS 11.6.5 Big Sur...
Is it not compatible with newer versions?
I've been having a bug with FBX import, but I was really looking forward to seeing if it might be fixed in 1.19.4.
I am so shocked that I can't open the app properly

I think you are still getting the old version from what you said. Try this Link:

It should be the newest link for Mac at this time. Anyone else reading use the link @xiuco
