I've gone through and picked them again, but they won't show up on the model. It looks like I'll have to create a completely new item again, using the older IMVU files and start from scratch to do any changes at all.
Try loading it up yourself (assuming your staff, the object is hidden). You'll see the face skin, eyes skin, and eyelashes have all disappeared. But more so, there won't even be material slots for them at all. I had to reload the original XMF just to get the slots to appear as materials, and even then, I can't get anything I assign to them to show up.

You say that like it's a minor thing for me to do. I'll look into it, if I get the time. It's the kind of thing that PAID position as "Creator In Residence" should be doing... but you didn't GIVE me that job, you gave it to somebody else. That person SHOULD be doing this for you. I need to walk over to Jack in the Box and see if they need a fry cook so I can survive. Well I'm busy doing all of this beta testing for you, it WOULD have been nice to cover some of my bills. But instead I'm still doing all of this beta testing.... just for free.... because my time apparently has ZERO value. >:[

@MaxSMoke777 One of our engineers here had a look at the issue you are having with your Machine Head -Mens +V product and has a work around. Here it is:
Change the mesh so that the submesh numbers match the standard submesh numbers for the avatar head (2 for skin, 3 for eyes, 5 for eyelashes).
Derive the male head from the empty male clothing derivable.
We would be very interested to know if this works. Thanks!

Yes, looks like Derive is keeping all of the materials in working order. This is good if I finish an item and put it up for others to work on. But I can't edit my existing one, after closing Studio and reopening it. The materials get all scrambled and I need to sort them out again. Sometimes it's just the eyes, other times is the lashes, brows, and human skin.

@MaxSMoke777 Could you try something for me. Derive off of your product and let us know if it loads properly. (Not suggesting you do this as a solution, but this will give us some critical info if it loads properly when you derive off of it).

[Archived]I can't reopen my head. If I re-open this project all of the IMVU human skins disappear:
