I did try to reinstall it or updated new version but still not working :(
wondering if it was program bugs or not

Shouldn't that folder be deleted automatically during the uninstall?
It seems the only reason to keep that folder is for the Creator Login info.
If someone feels there is a reason to leave it, make it an option to "Remove Files and Folders" during the uninstall. Similar to the old Classic Client Uninstall.

We are working on a fix for this, but I have discovered that the solution is to just delete this folder: %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\imvu-studio\Network
You will need to log back in to Studio, but your preferences should be saved.

[Archived]Hi @MUJU Many people havce had similar issue. I assume you are running the Windows version or the Mac version?
Windows:
Uninstall like you did before.
Delete the folder & files listed Here: %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\imvu-studio Copy that link into your Windows File Explorer.
Move this folder to your Desktop or someplace you can easily find it. %userprofile%\Documents\IMVU Studio Projects
Reinstall a fresh copy of Studio from Here: https://create.imvu.com/imvu-studio-download/
Wait! If it does work, also try setting Compatibility on the Studio.
Right Click the Icon after install and set as so...
Hopefully this helps...
If you are on Mac, List your OS Version and maybe staff or someone else can help.
