Hey folks! We've just released product image selections for Furniture items. There are camera angles around the product, zoomed in, (and a special one for Lestat's pontoon boat @LestatDeLioncourt​ )

Hi @SirenaRoga​ We have fixed the tiny shoes issue. If you restart studio, you should get the updated images. :-)

I was quite excited for the icon generator. I like the idea on a basic level, although more angles and ways to manipulate / zoom would be better as already mentioned.

However, I'm coming up against this problem when generating an image. The original image was the standard Next icon which didn't have legs weird legs, but now I can't go back to it. So I'm stuck with this ugliness.

@LovedWarrior​ Regarding the invisible Avatar: You found a bug! Yay! It looks like there is an issue when attempting to switch avatars from the Studio inventory. I will write it up.

Alternatively, you can use these clothing products from LeStat to hide the avatar 10714257 (Male) and 10714241 (Female). These worked for me when editing an accessory product.

As far as adding an option to hide the avatar, that is a great idea. I would assume it would be desired to hide everything the but the product being edited? Also this would be just for taking snapshots. There is no way to hide the avatar in the Product Images tool on the Info panel.

Regarding screenshots, are you referring to when using the Snapshot (hiressnap) and (hiresnobg)?

About the screen shots. Can we arrange the area and the size of the screen shots? For example 100*80 pixels or any size that we can choose? Like transparent corners appears or numbers appear and we can move them larger or smaller for different shots or chose the pixel numbers.

I also noticed that if I use my invisible avatar so that I can only have the jewelry in the scene in IMVU Studio, the avatar doesn't disappear and says something like this avatar is not compatible or something but in create mode, I could use my invisible avatar just to take the pictures of the jewelry from each side. I am not sure if it was a glitch or it's always like that.

I can use the invisible avatar when nothing is attached to it for example when I take pics of furniture.

Is it possible to turn on and off the avatar so it gets out of the way when it is not needed.

@BunnyCakes​ We would love to have a camera that you could manipulate too! Unfortunately, the current icon generation does not allow a user modifiable camera. We can however easily add new "rigs" to the icon set for the various categories. If you have a suggestions for some and can provide a screenshot mockup, that would be great.

Also, if you can provide PIDs for where the mannequin is obscuring you products we can take a look.

There was a reason we opted to have the icon update already check and I think this was because we assumed most of the time people would be creating a product from scratch, but I will write up an improvement to have it as an option in preferences.

The reason that the icon changes is because what you are actually selecting is a "rig" and that is tied to the category of the product such that if you edit your product (e.g.: change a texture) the Next shop icon will get updated upon submit.

I would have liked a camera that we could select the angles because some of my products do not work with the provided angle choices so far. Also some of our products don't work on IMVU basic body shapes. My ring is devoured by the current female hand choice. A lot of products have slimmer or wider body shapes that just don't work with the current mannequins. (This is a great start though). I spent the past 2 days updating icons. (Oh and can you have the icon update not already check in please?) I would rather select it if I want the same as the icon above. Or at least make this a choice in our preferences. I like my classic icons the way they already look. Its annoying to me to have to re-select them because of pre-checked box. Also when the category is changed the icon completely disappears. It would be nice if the icon could stay and not be removed when a category is changed. Thank you for your time.

I am loving all the changes, I just saw the new product image Generator addition to IMVU studio. It is really a great idea, For me jewelry, such as bangles/bracelets, rings, and earrings are very problematic

A few details to note about our new Product Image Generator feature:

• The image selections are currently dependent on the Category you have chosen on the INFO panel. Check to make sure the category matches the product you are creating.

• Rooms and Furniture are still using only the Legacy images. We are working on selections for those and will have them out in a future release soon.
