[Archived - HearNoEvil] I can't use studio at all it won't load. I tried to uninstall it and install and new copy. I still get the same white screen loading that never changes. Previously I used studio for several months with no issues at all.

i Have also experienced issues with my Virus protection and it let me know so I could disable It then it always worked fine afterward. This is completely different. It won't go past the white loading screen at all. I am logged in as an admin and I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times after rebooting and cleaning with CCleaner. Also disabling my virus protection. You can see in my shop I never had this issue until the new version of Studio. Prior i had uploaded probably 100 products. i am disappointed because it doesn't seem that anything can fix this.

Hi @HearNoEvil​ I know there has been some issues with some Anti-Virus and Internet Protections.

1st, make sure you have Administrator Right when loading the IMVU Studio. The user you are logged into on your computer must have Administrator Rights.

Next, temporarily disable your Anti-Virus or Internet protection. Download a fresh copy of the IMVU Studio from here: https://create.imvu.com/imvu-studio-beta/

Right click on the downloaded file and click "Run As Administrator".
