I find it highly inappropriate when contracting VIP services to help deal with the studio bugs, to be told “just create in classic mode for now”.

the he**! If it where possible to bounce between classic and studio we’d be doing this by now. But it fully defeats the purpose of using studio to add shine maps and such.

 

how out of touch are VIP staff? Very. I have heard this from multiple creators when they where basically brushed off and ignored for a VIP service members bias.

 

  • Ya’ll ( imvu higher ups) need better training to avoid the VIP staff from being so dismissive, condescending, and trigger happy when dealing with creators. Personally I’d love to see more nuanced training for banking/credit issues, creator issues, and safety issues in their own respective branches.

 

not all vip staff are going to be creators, and understand the nuances of texturing, meshing and all that goes into creating.

Thank you for clarifying the details on Creator Help Cases. Yes, this is what I meant.

 

Anyone needing detailed Help with Creating should click the "Contact Us" then "Submit a Case" then Case Category of "Creator Support", etc.

It usually doesn't take that long and the Help we get is more oriented to what a Creator needs :)

Lestat you have the right idea. Live Chat's expertise is more account related. They do a great job at handling these kinds of questions/needs. They are not technical experts when it comes handling bugs related to creating.

 

The best place to report IMVU Studio bugs is to post them in the Creator Bugs and Issues discussion category and also submit them via an IMVU Studio error report. Look for the "?" in the lower right hand corner of IMVU Studio in Create mode.

 

Lestat, if you meant something else by "Creator Help" and "Help Cases" let us know.

This is true. I find the Live Chat has "quick" answers but not as knowledgeable as the Creator Help we get in Help Cases.

Maybe they should have said, "Hang tight. Staff are aware and a fix is on the way." ??? IDK
