From what I understand, IMVU Next and IMVU Studio is made possible by using Unity. With that said, I think it would be in IMVU's best interest to revisit the discussion tables at Corporate in what to do next now that Unity is making an executive decision that doesn't seem to be a very good one as I fear it may put IMVU Users at risk.

@Lushen All IMVU Next platforms including Studio all run on a proprietary engine called Northstar. While there was a project in the past which made it possible to bring your avatar into a Unity scene there is no use of or connection to the Unity engine.

I'm not sure how or is unity us used now,. In the past IMVU was considering partnering with unity and that project basically went to completion until it was shelved, we never were told a reason but the partnership was certainly stopped and the project shelved. To showcase its feature IMVU had an contest with $10k first prize 5k for 2nd and 2.5k for 3rd... that really stunk for developers because they throw us peanuts. Oh and they had an 100k Party bash to kick it off.
