[Archived - Volgin] Hello, my Imvu Studio won't start, I got an infinite loading screen even after reinstalling it and execute as an admin I don't really know what to do.
My laptop doesn't accept the Estudio program, I've tried to download it but nothing it refuses saying about the program's weight.
I follow the old one, I know I'll be being harmed in terms of levels, but as my son wBlackWolfw we can't work.
Until we can buy new equipment

Hi @Offensif If you still have issue, try uninstalling the IMVU Studio then delete the file folder here: %appdata%\imvu-studio before reinstalling.
If you still have issue, you may need to wait some time and try again. Once in a while the Internet path to IMVU Servers may be blocked for some unknown reason. These types of issues can be shown in the Trace Routing to IMVU Servers. More here: https://help.imvu.com/s/article/How-to-Run-a-Traceroute
