Can someone please explain how to move an added piece of furniture on IMVU Studio?

Noting the steps I took:

  1. Open an item to derive from (clothing piece)
  2. Loaded into my room of choice for creating
  3. Opened Decoration Mode
  4. Loaded a standard standing pose from my inventory - The pose was not showing and all decoration tools were grayed out, couldn't click on them, and didn't work
  5. Exited Decoration Mode and the standing poses were now showing fine
  6. Loaded back in Decoration Mode to try and see if the tools are working now, but no, they are not. Everything still shows greyed out, not working.

Can someone help with this? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi all. I'm hoping in the next release or so, we'll be adding the ability to select a "furnished" room from your inventory. :-)

HI @Vei In order to use the decorate tools (not greyed out) you will need to click on a piece of furniture (standing spot) and then they can be selected. Yes, the room populate empty at the moment. It has been suggested to populate the rooms the same way it works in the Create Mode. As of right now, we get one inventory item at a time. E.g. Room, Bed, stand spot, chair... etc. all come individually...

I Hope this helps...

Also to add, all the rooms I try to load show up without any furniture even though they are decorated from before.
