I have been having an issue for the past two weeks with IMVU studio. I use a Mac and after deriving the product, i Usually just click and drag files to save then edit. Unfortunately for the past two weeks im no longer able to save any files from any products. I have done everything on my end to try to solve the issue and nothing.. Can someone on here help

once I go to Save , only the files I have uploaded to IMVU Studio are saved on my macs folder.. My problem is once I derive a product , the products are missing their assets , you cant export none of the original meshes. Therefore you cant really edit any derived products

Hi @Natville When you go to save the file in the Studio Project Folder, do you get an error message on your Mac ?
