[Archived - null] The Studio camera function seems to be broken. The button in studio to take snaps to create icons and ads is not responding nor is the typed command. This is forcing me back into classic Create Mode in order to efficiently upload my prod
It seems to be working now but geez, could you bury the snaps any deeper?

Same problem here. The little camera button does nothing. New product, haven't tried with editing an existing one. If that's the case I suppose a temporary solution may be to submit the product with a placeholder icon, then edit to get your snaps. Not elegant, but might help in a pinch.

Update: So the camera function seems to be working just fine on products I have previously submitted (which is honestly useless) but it does absolutely nothing when using it on a finished product in the submission process. Considering that you need an icon in order to submit the product, it seems like fixing this should be a bit more pressing. I understand there is a holiday but that also means creators are equally busy and need the creation process as streamlined as possible to get their holiday submissions out for our customers. Hoping to hear something about this issue soon.
