ok i found the issue it was the missing product name in info :)

hmm don't work for me also you see the screen freeze a bit so it takes the picture but somehow it don't save it in snapshots... i tried on a other item no issues and takes right away

Hi @xAidenSteelx Yes, it is a known issue. The temporary work-around is to type your hiressnap or hiresnobg on the 'Trigger Test' in the lower right corner.
