[Archived - null] When I search my name under CREATE, there are several products that show derivable that should NOT be. How do I get them removed so they are not derivable?
When I search my name under CREATE, there are several products that show derivable that should NOT be. How do I get them removed so they are not derivable? All settings are set correctly to non-derivable - but they are showing up for people to derive from. TIA :)

Lestat, yes I had double-checked the toggles and re-clicked them to the positions as you stated and verified the upgrade.
Tonic, I am happy to hear this explanation. I was certainly concerned that my entire catty was open for deriving by others. So my question to that is scenario is what is the deciding factor what shows up to derive from. (Not all my products show, only 6 pages/24 products do) out hundreds of products. Are they only imvu+ products?

Hi @DancingElk & @LestatDeLioncourt I think I see what's going on...and it's partially because IMVU hasn't adequately explained it. When you're lookin in the IMVU Studio Derive catalog, if you see a product that has your account name on the top, it means that it's your product. Products that are yours and are hidden or non-derivable will also show up for you so that you have access to derive from them if you wish. They should not be derivable or show up for other accounts.
I think we need to be more clear in the UI about this, and maybe show a little indication of visibility status on each swatch or something?

Also make sure you have updated your Studio. There would be a notification for update in the lower right corner.

Hi @DancingElk I had similar. What I did was open them in the Studio for Edit. On the Info Tab, slide to the bottom of the product and "Toggle" the Settings for the Creator Controls. Even if they are set the way you want them, Turn each one off then back on and finally leave them set the way you want them. Press Submit and double check at the bottom of the Product Page.
