Hi @FrostyCookie The icon we upload with our product needs to be 100 pixels wide and 80 pixels tall. Most times a single snaphot of this size wwill be less than the 50kb limit. Many use animated GIF Files. If this is so, each frame should be individually optimized. Hope fully the animated GIF file would comply with the 50kb limit. If not then reduce the number of frames.

Using your graphics editor Optimize materials. Most times there is a Save AS option then you can select something similar to for "Web Use". In most editors, there is a way to change the amount of "compression by selecting a slide scale or a number for percent, etc. You can maintain the look you want while reducing the overall Kb Weight of your graphic.

If you have issue with your particular Graphics Editor and how to optimize for "Web Use", you can Google it. Something like "GIMP Optimize Web Use", etc. Most have a save Option to Optimize. Google similar to ... "GIMP How to Optimize Graphics Web Use" or something like "Photoshop How to Optimize Graphics Web Use", etc.

On the other side of this... we all need to Optimize all our graphics (or other assets). In this manner we help prevent our customers from crashing in the older clients. I hope this helps...
