I find my anti virus reaks havoc with studio installation. Temporarily turning it off lets me install it. Then I can turn it back on and it's just fine.

Hi @qQueenB Make sure you have uninstalled all previous versions if the Studio. Also, make sure you have downloaded a good copy of the software. Some antivirus programs find the Studio as a False Positive and prevent correct installation and downloading. Finally you may need to setup an Allow (up/down) connections in your firewall for the Studio in C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\IMVU-Studio folder. Lastly, you can try to relax or temporarily disable your antivirus program.
