I've been a creator since 2008, I still use classic creator due to financial issues. Whenever I change products like a sword for example from one body node to another they either float near it or are upside down. How do ya fix this?

It's not something you can fix while deriving a product. Hmm I am having trouble thinking how to explain this. When you change the bone a product is linked to in Create Mode, it changes its position relative to where the attachment node is placed in the skeleton. A mesh is not always going to be the same distance and rotation to every node. They are positioned precisely to line up with the bone they are skinned to. I hope that makes some kind of sense, but short answer is, you can't do anything about it unless you make a new mesh skinned to the relevant bone.

Thank ya but not really, 98% of meshes left on imvu's original mushers are no longer on imvu or they just no longer have the files. Which is why I'm currently taken names from creators und address them to a petition to force new mushers to make derivable versions of their new products instead of just lockn them down. As it stands the amount of derivable meshes und derivable items are gon down und imvu still leaves up their blank inaccessible pages

Hi @GodbrandIssaedr This depends on how the original creator made the "sword". Switching nodes from left to right will normally work but, I would talk to the original mesher about making a new one when it does not work :/

I hope this helps.
