"Oops, Something Went Wrong. Please try again later... Error"
This happens repeatedly when opening a recent, non-published Product Draft.
The error log said it could not load the "Log" file and exited soon, thereafter.
I periodically run a common utility program called "CCleaner". I know many here use this. I also know, CCleaner will Delete and Remove .Log Files. Other cleanup routines for Windows will also remove .LOG FIles. This included the Windows Cleanup Tool in advanced mode.
Anyway, there is a workaround. Use this until a permanent fix can be made.
The workaround is as follows...
Although this is tedious, I have successfully "repaired" 7 Draft Non-Submitted/Published projects.
Close the "Oops Error" dialog box. You will probably see an empty room with no avatar, etc.
Open the Inventory and Filters Window.
Slide to the Top of the Filters Menu Box. Click on Remove Outfit.
Slide down to the bottom of the Filters Menu pop-up Window. Click on Reset.
Slide back to the Top of the Menu and Click on Remove Outfit, again.
If the "Save" button is illuminated yellow, Click that and Save.
Close and try to open the Draft Again. If success you are finished. If not continue...
Follow the steps above again, Click the "In Use" button toward the top.
Look at the Right-side Inventory and see what products are conflicting. Try to reset them to "close as possible" to the Default Avatar 191 or 80 and Default Room. Your Draft product will remain in the scene. Look for the Save button to illuminate. Click it
If you are working with a female-only or Male-only product, change it to Unisex on the Info. Tab. You can change it back later. We are trying to get the Save button to illuminate. Press it, close, and reopen the Draft.
If you save and close, reopen the draft, again and it works when you reopen it, you are finished and can continue to work on your Draft Product. If not, it has something to do with the Inventory. Try to clear everything out of the inventory saved with your Draft Product, this is the issue.
To the Team :)
The removal of .Log Files as Junk Files on PCs has been a standard for many years. Please consider allowing the Studio to make a Default Log file (basic room, basic outfit) if missing or better yet, change the name of the file to something else like, Log.IMVU or whatever... :D
I hope this helps someone...

Hi @Drosselmeyer The issue I had is definitely caused by the "saved inventory" "look" that was saved with the original draft. Apparently, the draft could not "recall" the saved "look" and or room, etc.
Food for thought:
I would almost bet money that those who use the avatars 80 & 191 with no other avatar add-on *and* one of the default rooms will never get the Oops Error. The servers would have little to no "work" to do getting those items to the creator.
Ask the specialist who is working on this issue to make a complex avatar outfit with very old and new inventory items and save it in a project. Then tell them to make a complex room with lots of inventory. Heavy items, new and very old, save this in the same project. With all of this in the same Draft Project (preferably an avatar accessory) let the project rest for some time.
Let this test draft "age" as long as possible with No Changes. Let it go for maybe a month. Now get off the "back-bone" of IMVU servers and try to open it. Open it from the house through a VPN, lol!
I may do this myself to try and force an Oops Error to send.
When I get another "Opps Error", I will leave it broken, send the log file and zip-email it to the team.

This is very interesting @LestatDeLioncourt! Thanks for sharing. I have passed this info on to our engineer who has been deep in the solving of the many facets of the "Oops!" error.

This is opening Draft Projects that have never been submitted.
Oops seems to be when the .LOG file is deleted with System Cleanup on Windows. IDK

@LestatDeLioncourt This seems somewjat similar with the problems that I have. Meanwhile resubmitting in Studio has solved the problems for most of the products. Only one has cost some more trouble and is re-submitted fpr the third time. Strange thing is that it should still be in peer review but shows as passed for me. (PID67437093) For as far as I can test this one has not been fixed yet.
