Hopefully this is the right place to ask lol, The last few times I've made some hairs (female avi) each set i make 9 of the same hairs just in different colours, I've noticed the last 3 sets of hairs I've done there's always 3/4 hairs that's having an issue and telling me it cannot be worn or when I'm in the shop trying them on it acts like its going to load but then nothing, but the same hair just in a different colour works fine so i don't get it. I've spoken to imvu and followed the steps that they told me to do eg. 1- Delete the IMVU and IMVUClient folders. 2-Clean cache and uninstall imvu. 3- Download imvu to the previous update version. I've also refreshed the PID: from 80 to nothing then back to 80 to refresh it but its still the same issue, i had spoken to Imvu Live chat again today and they have told me to ask here and fellow creators to see if anyone here can help or has any suggestions...Any help would be much appreciated! ♥

@BIaire AND @LestatDeLioncourt I'm not sure if this is related but I reported a bug to support a few weeks back about texture load and the "Shininess" setting. Basically what is happening is that Shininess can sometimes cause a glitch with the texture load so that the new texture applied will not display properly. I'm seeing it more than anything on certain hair where multiple parts of the hair may have Shininess and saw it on an accessory once too. Support told me to clear cache but that's not the solution. When I removed the Shininess setting, the texture worked just fine so I asked that the team do some more work to fix Shininess so the glitch doesn't keep appearing in certain conditions.

Hi @Blaire IMVU is aware of the issue. They are going to fix it.
There is no determined time for the fix. It is on the agenda.
The workaround is as JanXuan said. Open the product page. Edit the Product Description (or anything) Save it to Resubmit. At this time, do not change or edit anything until it comes out of Peer Review. All should be well...

Hello thank you for your reply, i dont understand how its an imvu issue yet they dont have a solution...apart from speaking to other creators lol. Products have passed and when i go to edit the product it says 'we're sorry! This product isnt quite ready for editing. please check back in a few minuets.' hours later and im still getting the same message lol.

Hello @BIaire There are many people who have this issue. It has been addressed before @Saturi and after the last updates it happens to more creators. The team should be working on it but obviously they have not found a solution.
You can try to wait till the products have passed peer review, then make a little change in the description and send it back in peer review again. It worked for me. I hope that they find a proper fix for it as it is pretty annoying and leads to loss of sales.
