[Archived]Hey All, Just following up to see if anyone has run into this rotated/broken skeleton issue recently. We believe the issue to be resolved, but wanted to make sure no new occurrences have shown up. Remember that products that were affected by the bug need the original working skeleton reimported and submitted. The full explanation and fix it steps can be found here Broken Skeleton Issue Resolved. Our fix is only for newly submitted products since we rolled back the change that caused the issue. Thanks!

[Archived]Hello @JanXuan , Thank you so much but these are not mine I was doing PR when I saw that 3D and classic are giving 2 different shows, I have never trusted the 3D because it does give false ratings and does not show the red as good old Classic does. I see your shop in Classic but mine shows all red as you can see in pic about. I did contact the home office and they are working on the Fluffy Love Cow and are checking out why the 2 pr's are giving 2 looks. This happened last year and Rachael worked with the engineers to fix it. Since she retired I guess they messed it up again. Thank you so much and have a Bless Day, Lee

[Archived]@LeeCountry I had not thought of putting MCG skin on, I just did that and that explains why your product was rated AP. It is not according top the GA rules. And that goes for the whole series of your bikinis. I advice you to hide and edit them before it gets you in trouble.

[Archived]Unfortunately the new update has messed up random meshes, I believe older meshes and distorts them. This has been happening to me and many others who wear animal tails many of them are become distorted and not on our characters but instead randomly floating disconnected.

[Archived]Hello @JanXuan , The 3D peer review is not showing the correct ratings on clothes this has happened before and Rachael had it fixed but now I see it is not fixed anymore and she retired from here. Can you look at these for me? I am going to post pics from both Classic and 3D, and to be honest the Classic is what people see in rooms they go in, I have a dressing room I made to show and will be happy to gift it to creators that keep having their ratings change so they can see what it looks like in PR. Also, I don't use NEXT only Classic Desk top
