Hi @QueenBihh26, If you follow @JanXuan steps it should work. Just make sure you key all of the bones in the skeleton on frames 0, 1, and 3 (or higher). This will make a static pose in Studio when you set up the action. The only thing you will need to specify in the 'Ensemble' is the Asset for the Skeletal Animation. It will be an XAF file. If you name the action stance.Standing (when deriving from a clothing product) the avatar will automatically take the pose. If you derive from an avatar product such as PID 80, it is a bit more involved. You need to replace all of the animations in all of the existing Ensembles.

Yes I used the testing one and tested it and it does work but when I try to add it into the actual female avatar it just stands there

Hi @QueenBihh26 Does your pose work at all? What happens, specifically?
Thanks

@QueenBihh26 Have you activated the Action editor?
In Object mode select the armature. Type I, select LocRot.
Click Ctrl+Tab, this brings you in Pose mode.
Click 2xA to make sue all armature is selected.
From the menu choose DopeSheet
From the DopeSheet menu select ActionEditor
That will remove "Idle". The action should then be active.
