This is my first time converting my income to real money instead of credits. I requested a payout on 31st October 2023, but it still 'under review'. It's 5th January 2024 today. When I chatted staff, they always said, 'we have proceeded the matter to earn money department, please wait 24-48 hours for updates' and such. It was always that repeated answer.
I'm asking creators here, who have their income converted to cash, does it normally take months for them to give you your money? Is it that hard to withdraw your money on here? How long does it normally take for you to get your money from them? Are they that incompetent?
