Hi @QueenBihh26, Ah, yes. This is a known issue for which there is a workaround. It happens because the creator of the head product you have derived from is using 'Skin Composite' on material ID 2 for one of the makeup layers. Normally, material ID 2 is reserved for the head and material ID 7 the body. When 'Skin Composite' is enabled it blends material ID 2 with material ID 7. In this case the creator has put a makeup texture on material ID 2 and the head texture on material ID 7. Studio is expecting the body texture in ID 7. We have fixed planned, but in the mean time here is the workaround:
Select material ID 7
Select the '+' from the Diffuse texture swatch
Select the head texture from the 'Inherited Images' section of the texture picker popup

hey sorry for the late response, so whenever I create on imvu studio everything goes fine until I click off for awhile and come back to submit it then it has black markings on face (You can view the pictures below ) the first picture is how it looks before I click off the second photo shows what I am experiencing I even took all the clothes and products off to see if that would help and sadly it did not !

Hi @QueenBihh26 Along with what is said, what other clothing items are you wearing with the head? Perhaps the PID of the head you derived from would help too...

Hello @QueenBihh26 This is a kinda vague description. Did you try to submit your own mesh, or is it a derivation? Can you provide a screen shot?
