            finally a solution: Please uninstall the version you are using right now then restart your computer before you install this new version https://creator-tool.imvu.com/creator-tool/darwin/1.23.3/IMVU-Studio-1.23.3.dmg

            Still not working… fyi. This is ridiculous. I got customs lined up that I need to make and I can’t make them. SMH… on Mac I can’t use old client so what am I supposed to do!?! This is so unnerving. And the chat told me to wait 24 hours …if by 4pm my time (it’s 11,37 am rn for me) nothing is budging I’m going to be very mad. I pay 19 euro a month for vip diamond and still get crap service.

            I have contacted them too and they said to wait 24h. Unfortunately the issue still stands for me even tho i have reinstalled for the 6th time today. I’m happy for u that it works tho

            @m1lli0n​ I have just uninstalled Studio and reinstalled from my last download, which failed earlier, but now it works. So either they have fixed it, or there was some glitch that only hit a few people, but it seems working now.
