I believe this to be a creator issue, that is why I posted it in creator bugs and issues.
Last month I was creating quite a lot on my alt account and because of the low tier, it was quite expensive for submission and also updating my avatar ate up most of my credits I had stored there.
I went to CS while logged into this main account with the intention of sending some credits to my alt account to continue my creating, this was the end of January.
To my surprise, I was flat-line refused a credit transfer of my own credits to my own account.
I explained that both my accounts have VIP, which I pay for, both are registered for the creator program and both are fully authenticated cash earning, ID verified and tax documents included. I told them they should feel free to verify this. That the credits were needed to create, that refusing to transfer them would put my account to a standstill, possibly impacting my income for the next month.
I was turned down and told that I had somehow reached a limit that no one could bypass, not even them if they wanted to. (!?)
This is the first time I have ever been refused a credit transfer so I am both confused and concerned. We should be able to transfer credits between out registered verified accounts without issue, as has been in the past?
If IMVU is having some sort of problem with people misusing credits I can understand that security measures are needed, but a brick wall limit? Between alt accounts? I am afraid it does more harm than good.

I recently had to contact customer service to transfer credits from my alt to my main. I was successful, but the person on customer service kept saying “make sure your friend has the credits now, or check with your friend” even though I made it explicitly clear they were both my accounts lol. The transfer limits are horrible. I was able to transfer 20k over a few days, but the last 10k I needed to contact cs. It’s ridiculous. I can’t even gift friends credits like I used to back in the day. Please, please change the limit. It’s awful too if you’re a creator that does customs for people because they can’t actually pay you.

I want to add that this happened recently:
My husband has 800.000cr in an alt account and wanted to send some of those credits to his main account to deal with creating costs, marketing, etc.
IMVU staff via creator support team actually had the audacity to tell my husband that he can't send his own credits to his own account because of the limits that are in place are to fight "credit inflation" and keep the economy healthy. The concerning part of this is that IMVU is prepared to put drastic limits to ensure that creators cannot send any meaningful amount of credits to themselves or others, but they will NOT apply the same caution when generating promo-credits which ruined the creators economy and is possibly a BIG part of the general problem.
Today my husband tried to send to himself credits again (new month) . The transaction was denied when reached 20.000. In 10k increments he could only send himself 20.000cr

I truly believe in what your saying Maya this happens to me all the time. I am at the top of my tier level not on this account and I also pay my vip to be able to send my credits between my accounts. I also pay my taxes on my accounts and still can't move my credits. This isn't right

I don't believe that we work for our credits yet you are i total control if I want to send them to my alt to work. That's very wrong in my eyes. But making reports to imvu and even here how many really help us? I remember when I could send over a million credits. Now, if imvu has total control of the credit how in the world can we have bad credits. I pay taxes on my accounts and I think I should be able to use my on credits I worked hard for on any of my accounts. Instead of imvu controlling them
