I tried to delete and install.

For a brief moment I was able to open, but from the moment I tried opening a product, it appeared "WebGL error".

I had framenetwork 5 installed, then tried to install the 3.5 version.

Then deleted the app again, as well as, all Studio folders. Clean installation and restart.

Still the same problem.

It's exactly that problem, but I'm using Win11.

The "Help" section is empty

if your Hardware Drivers are up to date, the only other thing I can think of is to report it with the Studio Report Tool. The next time the error comes up, try to click the "Help" (if it works) then "Report an Issue". I am sure the team will respond here soon.

I checked for updates and everything is up to date.

And it's really only Studio doing it, like I mentioned before.

Everything else works fine.

It's really a mystery

Yes, I did all those steps. Still the same.

Also, when I try to Exit, it doesn't. I have to force "end task" through Task Manager.

I would do all the steps in sequence to make sure we get a clean copy and your hardware can function properly. Maybe some helpful steps to follow...

 

Steps

 

  1. Backup "IMVU Studio Projects" or copy all work projects to another place.
  2. Uninstall Studio with the Windows Uninstaller.
  3. Delete the %appdata%\Roaming\imvu-studio folder, manually.
  4. Delete the Documents\IMVU Studio Projects folder, manually.
  5. Update your Graphics Adapter or GPU with latest Drivers (if you need help let me know)
  6. Download and Install new Version of IMVU Studio
  7. "Copy back" or Restore your IMVU Studio Projects folder to the Documents folder.
  8. Run the IMVU Studio.

Both folders? I followed this tutorial

"Open your File Explorer... Click on This PC or My Computer, etc. Once open, type in the top Address Bar this... %appdata% Press Enter. This will

get you into the Windows Roaming Folder. After your uninstall of IMVU Studio, you can right Click the Folder called imvu-studio and delete it."

 

Imvu Desktop, Blender, everything is working fine, apart from Studio.

All drivers are up to date.

Beyond this try updating your System Drivers and mainly the GPU Driver.

Hi @YueSu​ When you did the Clean Install, did you delete Both folders before reinstall?
