So the circle on the left of the screen - the sneakers - is the mesh that appears, but as you can see in the circles on the right side, this is not the product.

Nothing I do has fixed this [this is another item I submitted and is not a part of the outfit worn].

It's only these boots, and they work fine everywhere BUT studio. I have even done a full uninstall and fresh install of IMVU Studio and it still shows THIS item like this. It's one I already have in my shop I wanted to edit.

I even fully removed all projects from studio to make sure it had no extra data to work from. But for some reason, these boots keep showing up as shoes, and no edits made to the textures or anything changes how the "sneakers" look so it's not like I can just edit and be done.

A screenshot of studio with a model standing on a white background, red circle around a pair of black and rainbow sneakers. Then in a gray side panel, the red circle shows black and rainbow BOOS.

@Drosselmeyer After this happened, I didn't even hit save. I closed it, completely deleted the project and started over. No matter how many times I open it, and no if I try to change the "shop image" studio also loads up these shoes. I have even completely uninstalled and reinstalled studio and this continues to happen.

However, I got so freaked out I decided not to publish or even save the project. So the original item is fully and properly intact [I was editing the glow in studio when this happened.]. When I originally opened the project it opened fine. I went to change the picture and it kept showing the shoes [originally, it didn't show the shoes in the editing window, just the Desktop & Mobile window for changing that icon]. So I closed it and the actual shoes which I had open in another tab. I figured I had done too many things that day and that Studio got confused.

I deleted both shoes and boots project and tried to open them fresh since the shoes were trying to preview the boots for their icon [except the straps were solid white and none of the effects were working].

Well the shoes opened properly and fresh - but the boots opened and showed the shoes. So I closed it again, made sure I had 0 projects open/saved/drafted and tried again. Same issue. So I fully uninstalled Studio and re-installed it and same issue. [I did this twice, once without rebooting, and once with rebooting between steps. I.e uninstall - reboot - install - reboot - open] This still displays this way so I haven't touched it since, but yeah no one has any idea why this is happening and it happens no matter what I do lol.

Hi @TheForsakenDead, Okay, This is a weird one. Ack. I am not seeing the issue in Studio and the correct product icon is present on Desktop and Web, so I am not sure what to tell you. Once the products is published and you verify that it is looking correct in the shop, you can always delete your draft project and if you need to re-edit, just open it for edit from the 'Published' section of Studio. I would be curious if you did this if the shop image in Studio would be correct?
