Hello EveryOne, Is this how it goes, The day before you are to get paid your pending credits, IMVU does a reversal on the 14th day. This Bundle was bought on Feb 2, 2023, and on Feb 15th @ 2 pm I get a message?? Cmon is there no limits on how long they have to do this? and If not there needs to be 1 set, any advice would be great. Thanks, Lee

I know it doesn't help one bit... but... you are initiated into the club, Lee. I get several of these a day. I am thinking about making an email filter to throw these directly into the trash bin. As with all creators, I hate to see them. Focus on the sales numbers :)

You are most welcome. I know for creators the first time it shows up it’s pretty much a panic attack and it’s a little bit of a freak out to wonder why the chargeback for lack of a better term was done to your account. And trust me it’s nothing that we do as creators to get those chargebacks. It’s the players who purchased the items who do something totally against the terms of service of IMVU to get their accounts, suspended band or put on hold or they delete their account because that’s a thing in IMVU. Having been a serious creator for just over a year myself and being a top seller I get these pretty frequently. So now I’m just kind of used to them showing up in my messages and the red flags on my sales records.

Thank you@ShopTina, This is my 1st time having this done, So It was new to me and when I went to the helpline they said it was promos no worry, Well promos do not show up on your incoming credit/Money earned, So it was a red flag that somebody did not know what they were talking about, I have been creating a year and a half, I am still learning, I do Thank you for letting me know this was a normal thing, I do believe that IMVU should get better control on this, instead of 2 weeks after the purchase. They started the escrow of credits and cash payments, because reversals would happen nonetheless when people get banned or suspended, or some people disable their accounts. This is the reason why the reversal was made in most cases. Unfortunately credit fraud happens on IMVU. And they do the reversals during escrow to not only protect the creators, but to make sure people aren’t trying to scam you and them. And they make sure the credits are taken out of the escrow money. If escrow did not exist, creators could go into the negatives in some cases where people bought a lot of product in a very short period of time from them. I get these notices a few times a week, and they really don’t bother me anymore.
