Ok, so when i upload my fmx i do all the right things, its a short sleeve top, so i choose upper body, change the scale to 0.01 then import, but after that my arms are gone, anyone know to fix it?? or properly import smt

@Restilia​ We think you may be deriving from another product, not 59530133 but the one in this photo. Can you provide a PID for the product that shows here? cc @Drosselmeyer​help

@Restilia​ you need to include the body part with your export and set that as the part that overrides the default, your top then uses a different MeshID (10 or above iirc).

the only thing i can think of is that bodypart 2 isn't turned on cause that makes the torso invisble

When you derive the body there is a product that you would have selected. There will be a number associated with the product we call a PID or Product ID. When you submit your product to IMVU shop it will also get a PID. Have you submitted your product yet?pid

i derived the body, but the shirt i made. I followed a turtorial on youtube and it was giving free devkits so i used that body.. how do u use a pid?

Hmm.. I am still not clear on what is going on. Do you have a PID for your product or the product you derived from?

Hi @Restilia​, Do you have arms in the short sleeve top? Choosing the upper body replaces the torso and the arms. Check out this article for more information on body parts: Avatar Body Parts
