Hi, so yesterday morning I realised my VIP expired, which was very strange as IMVU only attempted to charge me once, and I didn't get an IMVU inbox warning me about my VIP charge not going through as it usually would. So, what does this mean?
My shop disappeared from the store for a moment, as I rushed to buy VIP again. I was so glad to have been online at this moment, as this could have been devastating if I had left it for a longer period of time. Why don't we get e-mails about this? We completely should! Anyway, that's not the point here. I bought my VIP and about half of my shop reappeared including most of my top sellers. Although about an hour or two later I noticed that around half of my products were still not showing up!
I contacted live chat 3x yesterday, with the first agent telling me it could take up to 24 hours, the second agent telling me the same and the third agent telling me it could take a few days. It has been 24 hours and none of the products that were missing are available to buy! I could still see them in the "My Projects" section of the creator dashboard, as it is here https://www.imvu.com/creators/creator_dashboard.php but they are listed as "visible" and "passed" even though they aren't visible in my shop!
I went through the whole "Avatars" section of my store and it took me about 2 hours but I managed to hide and unhide all the avatars that were missing and they showed up available for purchase from my catalogue. Today however I found that if I click the products from "my catalogue" and open them up in a new tab that makes them pop up back into the shop, but am I supposed to go through 2500+ products that are still missing?
I think I'm about to go through them now, as I want this issue dealt with.... However, I am not happy to be wasting my time doing this!
Please fix this for the future!

If I open them in a new tab, they appear back in my shop on IMVU and disappear from the "My Projects" section and move back to the "My Catalog" section.

Yes it is, however, I managed to get most of my products back using the method I mentioned, I just got tired of doing it! So sorry, it's "My Projects" section that they appear as visible and passed! Even though they're not visible in my shop.
