hi i,ve been deriving this https://www.imvu.com/shop/product.php?products_id=51495193 took me a bit to make it each time i got that oops notify after a preview so had to close and open it again to work on it again it also happend a few times when i used the edit button on it before the new features i didn't have any issues deriving itoops

Yes, I have put it through some heavy tests and changing lots of inventory (quickly) and all seems much better. I hope everyone else finds the same :)

@xAidenSteelx​ @QBL​ There has been a fix implemented that may resolve your issue. Whenever you get the chance, could you try to derive the product again and let me know if everything works now?

@LestatDeLioncourt​  He said he was working with way higher kb's for the most part on most products, But It was even doing the same with a pair of 2 textured low kb shoes. I was working on a dress with 5 textures low Kbs. I asked him if he reloaded studio after every product and he said yes he did and it was still shooting out error codes with shoe mesh. He wont be deving again until the weekend so we will see what happens then.

@QBL​ Was your husband working with Heavier Kb Product(s) or one with many different Assets?

 

Today, it was hit and miss this morning.. In working with many different products the thing I discovered is working on Low-Kb products, thing seem to go "better". Heavier Kb products are a nightmare to load. Working with them for longer periods of time result in many different errors. Is it a Sever to Studio connection issue?

 

I tried sending error reports on two of the worst ones and got an error sending the error report! So I copy and pasted the error and sent in an email. :/

 

I wonder.... Does this have anything to do with Brown-Outs and Black-Outs in California? This is similar to news we are receiving here in Louisiana ... "California and many other Western States are experiencing unprecedented temperatures and resultant in power grid outages".

Hey @xAidenSteelx​ I found this works but when the parent product is in the Female Catalog (example) the Males shopping on newer platforms will not find it.

if he makes woman clothing he won't have any issues when he use a female avatar..... it's when you make male items it keeps popping up i stopped for a while making male clothing and if its a action i set to unisex and change to the female one

@LestatDeLioncourt​ and @MightySe7en​  Ok So If my husbands in forum there is really something wrong. Iam the forum rat in this house.. LOL... Iam having zero issues in my QBL account in studio... No Oops codes at all no throwing error codes. Notta... He showed me how many were coming up for him I was shocked.. Just shocked.. But for me not a single error. I was able to load all the inventory I wanted to and change assets on the product I was working on with zero issues.. We even loaded studio using the same computer just to make sure we were running it with the same software. 2 different responses 2 different accounts same computer.. Just Weird

Iam also doing male clothing products. Today My inventory wont come on or off at all without throwing the oops code. I hate to bother my RL wife QBL she is not feeling well but I just might get her to load her account and see if the same thing happens in her female account..

Hi @xAidenSteelx​ , @LestatDeLioncourt​ is correct with error reporting, you should use that to send issues directly to the team so they can look into the issue a bit deeper than we are able to on the forums.

As for the error, this is a known error that is being fixed. I can update you on this thread when everything is back in order.

I know it is a bit to do but... It may help the team to give the error report the next time you open the Studio. I gave 2 today :)

as you can see in my last picture it also shows pid 191 thats a male avatar so guess that's the problem of those errors, i made a male background and set to unisex and used a female avatar to do all.... also no issues when i changed back to male they came again with all i did even when i submitted it
