debug doesnt work, the only thing that does anything is unchecking 3 and 4 in configuration and that still doesnt correct the issue. it isnt going back through review now. when attempting top fix it.
@xAidenSteelx i hide all 5 versions to stop people from buy and deving from them but i was a little slow and im stuck with one that can never be fixed. Ill unhide it and maybe that will fix the problem.
@LestatDeLioncourt as for contacting the mesher i have sent mail to @Juccy without reply as of yet.

hi @MrsKaceyAnnaPaige they way @LestatDeLioncourt describe here can work i think bodypartid4 gives the issue of the hands if that one is out debug2 then the hands will stay visible

BTW, as far as the extra derives; if you are not going to use them, you can make a HelpCase and ask IMVU Staff to remove / refund them due to a mistake. They may do this for you as a favor.

Hi @MrsKaceyAnnaPaige Try it the other way around. Go to Debug and Change them to another body part and press Apply, *then* uncheck them in the Config Tab.
If this doesn't help, then the Mesher of the parent product is the only one who can fix it.

I keep going back and unchecking the the hands in 3 and 4 in configuration. when i check in Debug2 they dont exist after doing it in configuration. I have dont this about 6 times now and getting no where. I have the same issue on all 5 versions I made.

Yes, the unchecking is not enough. They (each one) must be also changed in two places (each) in the Debug 2 tab or after submission they will come back. If this is not the case then the Mesher is the only one who can fix it. If the mesher will not respond, I highly recommend deriving from people who respond and support their products with action.

Hi @MrsKaceyAnnaPaige Don't for get there are 2 places in Debug 2 that need to be changed from the Left and Right hands :) This may be the issue. Other than this, you may discuss it with the person from which you derived. They will be the best support.

[Archived]I used https://www.imvu.com/shop/product.php?products_id=56540230 to make https://www.imvu.com/shop/product.php?products_id=60752935 . i used the configuration override 3 and 4 to get the hands back seen here https://userimages-akm.imvu.com/userdata/83/83/17/70/userpics/Snap_Lrlt2pfA8y517841070.gif and published the product. Now i have no hands again?? i've taken it back through the creator and cleared my cache to make sure i did it right and i still have no hands. How do i get my hands back???
