Eventually this issue will be fixed. I'm sure of that until then I'll just use classic to create particles which works with both platforms

(Industry Standard) ha haha hah hahha hah
Studio particles won't work in classic, old particles may or maynot work in new clients, IMVU for whatever reasons keep attempting to increase classic particles compatibility in new clients but more often than not it just results in them breaking more as changes in recent weeks have done. Make for one platform or the other. If you have derived from any of my products contact me and I'll attempt to make an cross compatible version.

All of this is still "up in the air" as the Studio is still in the Beta stages and being developed from scratch. I am looking toward the future of IMVU and I know others are doing the same. When Microsoft stops producing any Windows versions that support the 32 bit old programs, the Classic will no longer be usable. I guess it is all pa personal choice in the end.
Staff may have more input on all of this as time goes on. IDK...

Hi @Blueskyeye1 I know new particles are made in the Studio are with industry standards for particle effects. The ones made in Studio do not conform to the non-standard Classic Particles. Classic never officially supported the Particles as stated years ago. But people were able to make them work. Studio made particles will show in all newer platforms but may or may not show in classic, at this time.
I know staff are working with Classic Non-Standard Particles to makethem show in the Studio (maybe yes, maybe no). I do not know if staff will make the new particles work in the old Classic as it seems energies are being spent on programming the newer platforms and only minimal on the old Classic.
I put a disclaimer on my product pages when using any of the new features of the IMVU Studio. The new features of Studio are being used on this product and it is designed to work best in newer platforms.... or something similar...
I hope this helps...
