[Archived - DiamondBones] "This product has not gone through peer review." yet... it's visible in my shop and others can see/buy it. Is this a special perk some creators get due to good histories? Or was this a lucky glitch?

[Archived]I submitted a new dressing room, it's still in peer review now. Then I edited it, changing only the ambient options to have a dark light version to make it easier to test glow in the dark products. When I submitted it to shop, it showed me the yellow sign, indicating it has NOT passed through peer review, but it's green light is on to signify it's visible. I shared it's link with friends, they could all see it. I sent one of them credits to see if they could buy it and she did! While the sign was still up, saying it's never entered peer review... So I'm wondering if this happened because I had recently submitted a version of this that didn't have any texture changes and that older version IS in peer review, so the system didn't see the need to send it's duplicate version through pr?

[Archived]@BadCharm it would be great if you could provide links to the ones that failed.

[Archived]Hi @BadCharm I would explain briefly in the same help case and ask them to test again...

[Archived]over the last few days I'm getting "failed peer review" on voice boxes. some of the failed once I got from old boxes (8+ month) and only after changing HTML Description on it. Support responded - failed on peer review due to technical issues. On voice Box? tech issues? it's not like its my first one and is required something more then just adding .ogg file under trigger...

[Archived]Do you know if there's been any talk about a timeline for this to be fixed?

[Archived]Ok so... I tried contacting customer service about this. They just passed it through peer review instantly and told me to just contact them again if it happens. Looks like it's just a glitch.

[Archived]Some have to take it back into the editor and some just change the HTML Description. Whatever works. This is a known issue. If you want confirmation leave the products as they are and you may ask IMVU Staff.
I hope this helps...

[Archived]I had this very same thing happened to me with a dress that I submitted. I found it quite odd it was visible, but it had not through PR. I actually did what Lestat suggested, I edited the dress and then re-submitted it, but changed the name of the dress. Once it went back through the second time, it passed.

[Archived]Also, the name is already different. Unless it's not different enough? It's the same text with an extra character at the end (d, to signify it's the dark version of the room). Wondering if that confused the system. I really don't feel like trying this again to see if it was a fluke. Hoping others noticed this on their own?

[Archived]Yeah, I've done that in the past when I run into "no peer review" yellow ban items, I would just do that to the html description to make it pass through properly. BUT this is the first time the product became automatically visible and purchasable without going through peer review lol
I mean, I COULD edit it to force it through peer review lol BUT I'm curious and was hoping for some kind of confirmation that this is a glitch or a new feature.

[Archived]@DiamondBones Try this...
Edit the HTML Product Description on the First One so it will go back through PR, again.
On the Second One, open the Create Tool (Studio or Create Mode) and do a Save As. Give it a different name than before and try to Submit.
I think the first one is stuck halfway between PR as many others have experienced and hopefully fixed. If not, you will have to ask Staff to help fix that one. On the second one, I think it was trying to upload or Submit on top of the broken one. "Save As" under "File" or next to the "Save Button" (Studio or Create Mode receptively) should let the system know it is a different item.
I hope this helps...
