I created this accessory on IMVU Studio and while it is under male accessories category, I set the skeleton compatible to both male and female.
I received this complain and I checked.
It works just fine on IMVU Classic Client and IMVU Desktop
But it doesn't work on IMVU Mobile. It auto-changed my avatar to male as I wear it.
I here want to make sure my products are at the highest quality possible and are as I created them to be. Can you please fix this on Mobile? I have a lot of customers loving what they see on Mobile as I put shininess and normal maps in my products.
Can you please check and fix? Thank you.

Hi @EIDIL This issue has been presented to the team. They are aware. No formal announcement on any possible change for this issue with newer platforms (Next, Desktop, Mobile). Others have had issue, too.
My solutions for now to prevent customers who migrate from Classic to any newer Platform or for those who buy now is to make Both Items with the parent product being Male and Female. Many people are subject to change their gender on a given moment. Many do this and find their purchases do not work :(
In other words (what I do), if I make a Lolly Pop, I derive one from a Male Parent Product, set it for both 80,191 Now make another derived from the Female Parent Product and set it for both 80,191. This at least presents it to the proper gender avatar in the catalog. If there is a change in the way the newer platforms handle this issue, both of my products will be compatible with both genders.
Notice, there i no space between 80,191. In using these, they are only compatible with the Parent Product gender. If one is made from a Male Parent, it is compatible with Male Avatars and visa versa. Classic? Either work fine.
For now when I get a complaint, I ask them to report the issue with detail in a Help Case to staff. Following, I gift them the other Gender to work with their avatar.
I hope change comes soon. I also hope this helps and clears understanding.

Hi! @EIDILif it is a topic that needs to be discussed such as a bug but make sure you link the hashtag to @RigsK and @DarkAngel5 in order to be immediately conveyed to the imvu team and get the best solution, that is my advice hopefully useful.
