Just wanted to let everyone know that IMVU will close down over Christmas (which means no creator payouts) for longer than we were told earlier this year.
We were told they would only be closed December 25-29, however I just got my payout request and this was in the notes:
"Due to the upcoming Christmas Holiday in the US, IMVU will be closing our offices from 12/23/2023-1/3/2024 to celebrate. We will process all requests made up to 12 noon PST on December 23th. The ability to request a payout will be disabled from 12 Noon PST 12/23/2023 to 01/01/2024 midnight. We will resume or normal schedule payouts starting 01/04/2024."

IMVU should pay one additional payment for not having payments for one week. It should be a delayed double MASA payment for the month of January.

So we won't be able to withdraw our pending payout for a full week!! Sales are bad and the full amount won't be available for withdraw till the last week of this month!!!! Is this balance will be paid with the new masa on January? We need answers.

IMVU please take note of these inconsistencies and correct whatever team is not communicating effectively. IMVU please make payments on the 4th to your creators since you team was on a long holiday and missed paying creators for a full week.
